I am working in the fields of in Analytical Chemistry, Atmospheric Chemistry and Environmental Chemistry, mainly focussing on Volatile Organic Compounds, their reactivity, sinks and sources. This involves field and lab measurements using a range of on- and off-line techniques (GC-MS, PTR-MS, HPLC-UV, GC-FID…) and advanced data analysis (PMF).   Currently, I’m involved in projects working on heterogeneous reactivity of microplastics in indoor and outdoor air (EPISODE, DYMITRIA), on indoor VOC emissions (VALOBBIO, from biosourced materials) and on the evolution of VOCs from shipping emissions (SHIPAIR, PIRATE).
