My research activities are based on knowledge on physico-chemistry of the atmosphere applied to two socioeconomic and health issues: indoor air quality and environmental odor nuisances. My research areas cover several strategic domains: the metrological development for the sampling and measurement of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), including odorous VOCs ; the understanding the key drivers of indoor air quality: emissions / gas-surface interactions / fate of pollutants / aeraulics ; the investigation of indoor air pollution remediation solutions ; the development of approaches based on objectivized olfactory analysis to manage odour environmental nuisances.
I’m now open to projects that encompass the quality of indoor environments including aspects related to exposure to pollutants, health issues, olfactive and thermal comfort in the framework of climate change and building environmental transition.
